Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has admitted he was shocked at the referee’s decision not to award Chelsea a penalty in the closing minutes of the 1-1 draw against West Ham.

“We’re all shocked about what we thought was a handball in the closing minutes,” Loftus-Cheek said.

“I didn’t see much from the bench at the time, but seeing the replay it was clear to me it was a handball for stopping a shot at goal.”
