Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has hailed the qualities of new Chelsea signing Benoit Badiashile after another impressive performance against Fulham.

The goalless draw against Fulham is Chelsea’s third consecutive clean sheet, and Badiashile’s arrival clearly plays a big part.

The 21 year old centre-back, who joined Chelsea from Monaco in January, made two interceptions and three recoveries in the game against Fulham.

He also completed seven passes into the final third, more than even Reece James and Marc Cucurella managed combined.

Reacting to Badiashile’s performance against Fulham, Kepa told Chelsea TV: “He’s a very good guy, very calm.

“[He’s] big quality with the ball and strong in the air.

“I think he’s [playing a great part] in the team, and hopefully we can keep doing like this.”
