Chelsea’s new club-record signing Enzo Fernandez will reportedly play for the Blues on Friday against Fulham – provided Chelsea have his work permit signed by 4pm, according to The Express.

Fernandez is the most expensive player in Premier League’s history after completing a £107million move to Chelsea from Benfica on transfer deadline day.

Chelsea boss Graham Potter reportedly wants to start Fernandez against Fulham on Friday and the Blues are hoping the Argentina international can have his work permit granted before 4pm today.

Chelsea are out for revenge after losing the return fixture 2-1 at Craven Cottage last month as debutant Joao Felix was shown a straight red card for a challenge on Kenny Tete.
