Paris Saint-Germain boss Christophe Galtier has confirmed the French giants are working on a deal to sign Chelsea forward Hakim Ziyech.
Galtier said as quoted by Fabrizio Romano: “We’re working on Hakim Ziyech deal, it’s true and talks are ongoing — I don’t want to say more as he’s Chelsea player.”
Ziyech is already in Paris ahead of a proposed move to French champions PSG, according to Le Parisien.
Ziyech arrived Paris on Monday night and is now waiting for PSG and Chelsea to reach an agreement on the transfer.
PSG are in talks to sign Ziyech on loan from Chelsea with an option for a permanent transfer.
The Blues are open to letting their 29-year-old winger leave the club in January after signing multiple attackers, including Mykhailo Mudryk, Noni Madueke and Joao Felix.
