Chelsea forward Hakim Ziyech has agreed to join French champions PSG and is now waiting for both clubs to reach an agreement, according to a report on Metro.
Both clubs are optimistic of reaching an agreement, with Chelsea keen to raise some funds following a heavy period of spending under Todd Boehly.
Chelsea have spent more than £450m on new signings since Boehly purchased the club, signing seven players in January alone.
PSG are currently in talks to sign Ziyech on loan for the rest of the season and talks are reportedly advanced at this stage.
Ziyech has spent three underwhelming seasons at Stamford Bridge following a £33m move from Ajax in 2020.
The 29 year old forward impressed at the World Cup with Morocco but has started just four Premier League games for Chelsea this season.
