Chelsea star Kepa Arrizabalaga has been rewarded for reclaiming the number one spot at Chelsea with a Spain recall after World Cup 2022 snub, according to The Sun.

Kepa, 28, has not played for Spain since October 2020. He missed out on the delayed Euro 2020 tournament and also the 2022 World Cup.

Spain’s next games come in March with Euro 2024 qualifiers to Norway and Scotland. Kepa is set to be named in the Spain squad.

New Spain boss Luis de la Fuente has reportedly told Kepa that he is very much in his thoughts.
