Chelsea transfer target Declan Rice has ‘given his word’ to Arsenal that he’ll be heading to north London at the end of the season, according to a report on TalkSPORT.
The 24 year old West Ham captain has 18 months left on his contract and is expected to leave West Ham in the summer after turning down several offers to extend his contract.
Manchester United, Manchester City and Real Madrid are also reportedly interested in signing Rice but are set to miss out on the England international.
Rice has made 221 appearances for West Ham, scoring 11 goals. He was named as club captain following the retirement of Mark Noble.
