Chelsea are open to selling Hakim Ziyech this January but not to a Premier League rival, according to a report on Daily Mail.
Chelsea are reportedly holding out for Roma to buy Ziyech in an effort not to sell the Moroccan to a Premier League rival.
Ziyech, 29, has endured a frustrating two-and-a-half year spell at Chelsea and is reportedly eager to move to Italy for a fresh start.
Roma are currently looking to sell Nicolo Zaniolo in order to raise the £25million to sign Ziyech.
Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are interested in signing Ziyech but Chelsea are reportedly ready to wait for Roma to find the sufficient funds needed to sign the Moroccan international.
Ziyech has made 15 appearances across all competitions for Chelsea so far this campaign, starting just four matches in the Premier League.
