Chelsea identify another midfield target after being priced out of moves for Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo

Chelsea have now identified another midfield target after being told to pay £106million for Benfica midfielder Enzo Fernandez.

Brighton are also reportedly demanding £100million for Ecuador international midfielder Moises Caicedo.

According to The Times, Chelsea have ramped up pursuit of Everton midfielder Amadou Onana after being priced out of moves for Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo.

The report has claimed that Chelsea are showing interest in Onana, and believe that the Toffees could sell him due to FFP problems.

Onana missed training earlier this week and is thought to be upset with his situation at Goodison Park, with Everton fighting for survival.
