According to media outlet Marca, Chelsea attacker Christian Pulisic is close to leaving Chelsea despite being currently injured.

The report claims Italian champions AC Milan have began negotiations to sign the 24 year old American international.

Pulisic, who joined Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund in 2019, is currently injured after picking up a knee problem in the Premier League defeat to Manchester City earlier this month.

The 24-year-old has made 21 appearances for Chelsea this season but only eight of those have come as a starter.

Pulisic will have 12 months remaining on his Chelsea contract when the summer comes around and the Blues are reportedly open to selling the 24 year old.

The arrival of Joao Felix, Noni Madueke and Mykhailo Mudryk has now increased the competition for places in attack at Chelsea. Pulisic reportedly believes he will get even lesser minutes under Graham Potter when the full squad is fit.
