Newcastle United have reportedly joined Chelsea in the race for Everton attacker Anthony Gordon, according to Daily Mail.
The report claims Newcastle United are already in talks with Everton to sign Gordon this January.
Newcastle United are offering a financial package of £25million with £15m in add-ons for the transfer of Gordon but Everton are reportedly holding out for £60million.
Newcastle United are reportedly unwilling to pay £60million for a player who has scored three goals in 16 Premier League appearances this season.
The report also suggests that Eddie Howe’s side would be willing to loan him back to Goodison Park for the remainder of the season.
Chelsea tried to sign Gordon last summer and are interested in signing the Everton attacker this January.
