Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has been sacked as Everton boss following their defeat to West Ham over the weekend.

Lampard’s side suffered a 2-0 defeat to the Hammers at the London Stadium, in a contest that had been dubbed ‘El Sackico’. 

David Moyes and Lampard were under pressure ahead of the clash between West Ham and Everton due to their struggles this season.

The 2-0 defeat to West Ham left Everton languishing in the Premier League relegation zone, two points adrift of safety.
