Chelsea left-back Marc Cucurella was impressed with the performance of new Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk in the goalless draw against Liverpool on Saturday.

Mudryk joined Chelsea from Ukraine side Shakhtar Donetsk for €100million last week and made his Chelsea debut against Liverpool on Saturday.

The 22 year old Ukraine international winger was exciting against Liverpool and Cucurella has admitted he was impressed with the new signing.

Cucurella said: “He is very good, very fast, and he played really good after training for one or two days.

“I think the new players have a lot of energy to play for this club.”
