Chelsea are one of a number of European giants to be offered Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic, according to 90min.
Juventus have already been knocked out of the Champions League this season and was recently handed a deduction of 15 Serie A points following an investigation into past transfer dealings.
Juventus will struggle to qualify for the Champions League next season due to the points deduction but the Italian side will appeal the decision.
Champions League football is understood to be important to Vlahovic and the player would like to play in the competition next season.
Vlahovic have also been offered to Manchester United, Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich.
Juventus signed Vlahovic from Fiorentina last January for €80million and will look to recoup the amount they paid to sign the striker should he leave Juventus.
