Chelsea boss Graham Potter has offered to swap Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech for Tottenham Hotspur central midfielder Yves Bissouma.

Potter is keen on signing a central midfielder during the January transfer window to boost his midfield options.

According to The Telegraph, Chelsea have received no encouragement from Tottenham Hotspur after inquiring about Bissouma.

Tottenham Hotspur do not want to sell Bissouma this month and have so far shown no interest in a deal that would see Ziyech move in the opposite direction.

Bissouma played under Potter at Brighton before his move to Tottenham Hotspur last summer. The midfielder is well liked by Potter, who will love to reunite with him at Chelsea.

Bissouma has failed to hold down a regular place under Antonio Conte at Tottenham Hotspur since his summer move.

Tottenham have so far rejected Chelsea’s enquiries and are currently insistent Bissouma will not be allowed to move to Stamford Bridge in January despite Chelsea’s offer to let Ziyech join Spurs.
