Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is ready to back Chelsea manager Graham Potter and sanction a clear-out of the club’s high-profile underperforming stars, according to a report on Metro.

Boehly is keen to deliver a young, motivated squad which will provide Potter with the opportunity to build a last dynasty at Stamford Bridge and is now ready to sell big money signings that have underperformed at the club.

Boehly will reportedly consider offers for Chelsea trio Kai Havertz, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech. The trio cost Chelsea a combined total of nearly £200million.

Havertz will always be remembered for scoring the goal that won Chelsea the Champions League in 2021 but he has struggled for consistency since joining Chelsea.

Pulisic has struggled with injuries since joining Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund while Ziyech has also failed to replicate his Ajax form since moving to Stamford Bridge.
