Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante is out of contract at the end of the season and has now reportedly made a decision on his Chelsea future.

According to The Times via Metro, Kante is on the verge of agreeing a new contract with Chelsea.

It was previously feared the 31 year old World Cup winner will leave Chelsea as a free agent at the end of the season but he has now reportedly agreed to sign a short-term contract with Chelsea.

The report also claims that Chelsea will hold further talks with both Mason Mount and Jorginho, who is out of contract at the end of the season.

Kante has been hampered by a hamstring injury this season, which has restricted him to making just two appearances in the Premier League this season.
