Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has warned Chelsea about incredible Manchester City star Bernardo Silva.

According to Guardiola, Silva is decisive in games against top sides and is a key player for Manchester City.

Guardiola said: “He’s a key player, so important on and off the pitch. A guy who can talk, always a nice conversation, always you learn about his humanity, his vision for the club.

“He’s an incredible player against top sides, incredibly reliable in decisive games he’s always there. Nothing changed about his future, it belongs to him.”

Chelsea are 10th in the Premier League heading into Thursday’s Premier clash between Chelsea and Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.

Asked whether he was surprised to see Chelsea’s position in the table, Guardiola said: “It’s the Premier League, everyone is tough.

“In the first press conference you ask my prediction and my answer is always: I don’t know. We see what will happen now after the World Cup.”
