Todd Boehly keen on signing these three international players in January to rescue Chelsea’s season

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is reportedly keen on completing moves for Benfica midfielder Enzo Fernandez, Monaco defender Benoit Badiashile and Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix in January to rescue Chelsea’s season.

The Blues are currently 9th in the Premier League ahead of our game against Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

According to Daily Mail, Chelsea plan to hold further talks with Benfica over a transfer for Fernandez on New Year’s day as the Blues seek to reach an agreement with the Portuguese side.

The Argentina international has reportedly said “Yes” to a Chelsea transfer and is hoping the Blues can reach an agreement with Benfica over a transfer.

The Athletic have confirmed the Blues have reached an agreement with Monaco over a transfer for France international Benoit Badiashile, with 21 year old centre-back set to undergo his Chelsea medical in the coming days.

Chelsea have also spoken with Atletico Madrid over a loan move for Portugal international Joao Felix.

Chelsea have already completed the signing of David Datro Fofana from Molde and Andrey Santos from Vasco da Gama.
