According to reliable transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos is currently in London to undergo his Chelsea medical ahead of a move to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues have reached an agreement with Brazilian club Vasco da Gama for the transfer of the 18 year old midfielder, with Chelsea also agreeing personal terms with the player.
Chelsea will pay Vasco da Gama a fixed fee of €12.5million for the transfer of Santos to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are expected to release an official statement soon confirming the signing of Santos.
Meanwhile, Chelsea record signing Romelu Lukaku has revealed he wants to leave Chelsea permanently for Inter Milan.
The Belgian forward moved back to Inter last summer on an €8 million loan deal, one year after re-signing for Chelsea for a club record £98m fee.
Speaking to Sky Sports Italia, Lukaku said: “I spoke to Chelsea about my relationship with the coach and I decided to come back to Inter. Things went very fast and I’m happy.
“I hope to stay at Inter, Inter for me is everything. But we need to find a way with Chelsea.”
