Chelsea record signing Romelu Lukaku has revealed he wants to leave Chelsea permanently for Inter Milan.
The Belgian forward moved back to Inter last summer on an €8 million loan deal, one year after re-signing for Chelsea for a club record £98m fee.
Lukaku struggled at Stamford Bridge under former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel, scoring just eight Premier League goals before leaving for Inter Milan on loan last summer.
Lukaku also appeared to confirm that he had a poor relationship with former Chelsea boss Tuchel.
Speaking to Sky Sports Italia, Lukaku said: “I spoke to Chelsea about my relationship with the coach and I decided to come back to Inter. Things went very fast and I’m happy.
“I hope to stay at Inter, Inter for me is everything. But we need to find a way with Chelsea.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea have reached an agreement with AS Monaco to sign defender Benoit Badiashile, according to The Athletic.
The deal for the 21-year-old is worth in the region of €37-38million (£32.8m-£33.7m).
Chelsea have also reached an agreement on personal terms with Badiashile and the centre-back is now set to travel to London for his Chelsea medical.
