BREAKING: Player says goodbye to teammates ahead of Chelsea medical on Monday

Monaco centre-back Benoit Badiashile failed to make their squad for their 1-0 victory over Brest in the Ligue 1 on Sunday.

The Blues have reached an agreement with AS Monaco for the transfer of the 21 year old France international centre-back.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Badiashile has already said goodbye to his Monaco teammates and will travel to London to undergo his Chelsea medical on Monday.

The 21 year old centre-back will sign a long-term contract with Chelsea until June 2029 with the Blues paying Monaco €38million for his transfer.

Meanwhile, Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos is currently in London to undergo his Chelsea medical ahead of a move to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have reached an agreement with Brazilian club Vasco da Gama for the transfer of the 18 year old midfielder, with Chelsea also agreeing personal terms with the player.

Chelsea will pay Vasco da Gama a fixed fee of €12.5million for the transfer of Santos to Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are expected to release an official statement soon confirming the signing of Santos.
