Former Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has urged Chelsea to sign Spain World Cup star Dani Olmo.
The RB Leipzig attacker started every game for Spain at the World Cup (4 games), scoring once and providing one assist.
During a Q&A, Fabregas was asked the Spanish player he would sign for Chelsea if money wasn’t the problem.
Fabregas responded: “Dani Olmo could be a great addition if Chelsea continues to play in this system.”
Meanwhile, former Manchester United star Paul Parker has described the Chelsea squad as overrated and not good enough to finish in the top four.
“Honestly, I think that Chelsea’s team is overrated,” former Manchester United defender Parker told BeMyBet.
“I never really understood why they signed Kalidou Koulibaly. He is lumbering and he is not doing anything.
“They don’t have a great goalkeeper or a great centre forward. N´Golo Kante is past his prime and Jorginho is not performing at all.
“I really don’t see them being able to compete to finish in the top four. The midfield is lacking creativity.
“Mason Mount still has a lot of work to do to prove people wrong.
“I think that they are lucky to have Graham Potter but they don’t have a single Graham Potter player in their squad.”
