
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has revealed Chelsea are in the final stages of completing the transfer of Molde striker David Datro Fofana.
Romano also confirmed Chelsea have already completed the transfer of Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig with the France international to move to Stamford Bridge next summer.
Romano told GiveMeSport: “They already completed the Nkunku deal and he will be a Chelsea player in the summer.
“They will sign David Datro Fofana from Molde. The deal is in the final stages and it could be completed very, very soon.
“Chelsea are already preparing for the future, but Rafael Leao also remains a player they really appreciate.”
According to Transfermarkt, the Ivory Coast international Fofana scored 17 goals and registered a further six assists in 29 Molde appearances during the 2022 campaign.
Fofana found the back of the net every 113 minutes in the Eliteserien, which highlights his prowess in the final third of the pitch, while he averaged 3.1 shots per game.
