Former Chelsea defender William Gallas has revealed who Chelsea fans should blame if the Blues finish outside the top four this season.

According to Gallas, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly should be blamed if the Blues finish outside the top four.

“If Chelsea don’t finish in the top four, Todd Boehly would have failed,” Gallas told Genting Casino.

“There can be no excuses for a club like Chelsea finishing outside of the top four.

“We are always very quick to judge players on their performance and it should be the same for the owner.

“He arrived and spent a lot of money, but if he doesn’t qualify for the top four he would have failed.”
