Chelsea have turned our attention to signing Borussia Dortmund’s rising star Youssoufa Moukoko after missing out on Palmeiras teenager Endrick, according to The Express.

Since Todd Boehly’s arrival at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea’s transfer vision has changed significantly. The club have been taking a deeper interest in signing players for the future whilst ensuring that the squad for the ‘now’ is capable of challenging for trophies.

The Blues were keen on signing 16 year old Brazilian attacker Endrick but have now lost out to Spanish side Real Madrid.

The Blues have now opened talks with the representatives of Moukoko about the prospect of signing the teenage sensation ahead of the January transfer window.

The 18 year old Germany international has shone for Dortmund so far this season, scoring six and assisting three in 14 Bundesliga appearances.

Moukoko will become a free agent at the end of the season but the Blues want to sign the 18 year old forward in January and are offering him a five year contract with the option of a further year.

The report also adds that Chelsea are confident of signing Moukoko than the Blues were about signing Endrick.

Despite having about six months left on his contract, the report adds that Borussia Dortmund will demand around £26million to sign the sell the forward in January.
