Done deal: Player keen on joining Chelsea in January agrees €200million per year contract

Cristiano Ronaldo, who was keen on joining Chelsea in January after leaving Manchester United, has agreed terms with Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr.

According to Marca via Goal, Ronaldo is set to earn an eye-watering €200million per year after agreeing terms with Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr.

Not many clubs in the world could afford Ronaldo’s wages, hence why he’ll be making the move outside of Europe for the first time in his career.

Links with Chelsea appeared soon after his Manchester United exit, with several reports claiming the Portuguese forward was keen on joining Chelsea in January but nothing serious materialised.
