Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has been warned against selling Manchester United centre-back Harry Maguire to Chelsea.
According to former England goalkeeper David James, Chelsea would be getting a top-drawer player if the Blues sign Maguire from Manchester United.
“I just hope he has a fantastic World Cup and gets himself back in the Manchester United team,” James told The Games Cabin.
“I hope this is the stage in his career where he looks back on and goes ‘that was a sticky period but I got through it with flying colours’. If the club has decided to sell him, then if it’s Chelsea who signs him or whoever, then they’re getting a top-drawer player.”
