According to French media outlet Le10Sport, Chelsea are close to completing the transfer of Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos.

The report also adds Chelsea beat French giants Paris Saint-Germain to the transfer of the 18 year old Brazilian midfielder who plays for Vasco.

Chelsea also beat Premier League side Newcastle United and Spanish side Barcelona in the race for the Brazilian.

The Blues are expected to spend €15million on the signing, with the player ‘heading straight’ to London in the January transfer window.
