Inter centre-back Milan Skriniar is on Chelsea’s radar as the Blues seek a long-term replacement for the 38 year old Thiago Silva, according to FC Inter News.
The Slovak was close to signing an extension with the Nerazzurri, but reportedly wants €6.5 million plus bonuses instead of €5.5 million plus bonuses, which has forced delays in the renewal.
Meanwhile, Arsenal attacker Gabriel Martinelli has named Thiago Silva as one of the toughest players that he has played against.
“Yes, of course (he is one of the toughest defenders I have played against),” said Martinelli.
“He is one of the best defenders in the world as well.
“He is 38, and you see him playing now, it’s unbelievable.
“We (Arsenal) played against him last week, and you could see his quality, his composure.
“He is so good, a very good guy off the pitch as well.”
That we be very good wan if Neymar come to Chelsea as a fan of Chelsea forever I will be so proud and that particular deal as a best deals Chelsea has ever make
