Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed Premier League rivals Liverpool have made contact with Chelsea transfer target and England international Jude Bellingham.

“Nothing has changed for Bellingham deal,” Romano tweeted.

“Liverpool consider him the main target, contact already started — but Real Madrid, Manchester City and also Chelsea remain in the race. Nothing will be decided now.

“Borussia Dortmund will only negotiate on price in 2023.”

Dortmund have reportedly set a €150m asking price on the England international.
