Atletico Madrid star Joao Felix is set to leave the Spanish side in January, according to Marca.

The report claims Felix has stated his intentions to leave the club in the upcoming window and attracting interest from Manchester United, PSG and Chelsea.

Felix, 23, has started just five of Atleti’s 14 La Liga matches this campaign and has fallen out of favour entirely despite finding the net four times in his limited game-time. 

Felix has struggled to live up to expectations since arriving at Atletico Madrid following a £108million transfer from Benfica in 2019.

Felix signed for Atletico at just 18 years old as one of the hottest talents in Europe, but has struggled to kick on as well as many expected since joining Diego Simeone’s side. The transfer raised eyebrows as one of the most exciting attacking talents joined a team renowned for their defensive setup.
