According to Italian media outlet Calciomercato.com, Chelsea boss Graham Potter has identified France international midfielder Adrien Rabiot as a replacement for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho.

The Juventus midfielder is set to be out of contract in June 2023 and the Blues are looking to sign him as a free agent.

Premier League rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are also looking to sign the France international who has impressed for Juventus this season.

Rabiot has scored seven goals this season which included France’s equaliser against Australia in the World Cup on Tuesday.

The French midfielder was very close to joining Manchester United in the summer but the deal fell through, although United may be regretting that decision following his recent form.
