The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for Cristiano Ronaldo who is now a free agent after his Manchester United contract was terminated.

According to reports in Italy, Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech will be allowed to leave the club in January if a deal for Ronaldo is completed by the Blues.

AC Milan are interested in signing the Ziyech on loan in January with an option to make the deal permanent in the summer. It is believed the Blues will be open to accepting AC Milan’s offer if Ronaldo is signed.

Ziyech has struggled for game time at Chelsea this season. He has made just one Premier League start this season with four substitute appearances.
