Chelsea will move to sign Aston Villa forward Leon Bailey should American winger Christian Pulisic leave Stamford Bridge, according to Daily Mail.
Bailey has been on Chelsea’s radar for some time after impressing scouts during his time with Genk and Bayer Leverkusen before he joined Aston Villa in 2021 for £25million.
Chelsea boss Graham Potter is reportedly keen on injecting more pace into the Chelsea frontline and Bailey is under consideration, especially if offers arrive for Pulisic who is keen to gain more regular game time.
Meanwhile, Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech is determined to light up the World Cup with Morocco to convince AC Milan to sign him in January, according to Calciomercato via The Sun.
Ziyech has struggled to lay claim to a first-team place since joining from Ajax back in 2020 for roughly £35million, failing to find a spot to make his own.
This season, Ziyech has only played nine times across all competitions, failing to register a single goal or assist.
AC Milan were interested in signing Ziyech in the summer and the Moroccan international is now determined to impress at the World Cup in Qatar to seal a January transfer to the Italian club.
