Chelsea legend Frank Lampard is odds-on to be the next Premier League manager to be sacked, according to Daily Mail.

Everton are reportedly considering replacing Lampard with Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou.

Everton have lost five of their last seven games in all competitions and head into the World Cup break in 17th place, just one point clear of Nottingham Forest.

Everton were hammered 4-1 at Bournemouth in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday and lost 3-0 to the Cherries on Saturday in their second trip to the Vitality Stadium in four days.

Everton have been reportedly impressed by Postecoglou’s ‘fast and attractive football’ and by his ‘straight-talking’ approach.
