Thomas Tuchel has revealed he would be interested in managing a national team amid reports linking him with the England job.

Tuchel would be interested in the England job if it becomes available after the World Cup in Qatar and he is still not back in a managerial role by then.

Quizzed if he would consider a job in international management, Tuchel said: “Yeah, why not? I would, I would.

“I did not give too much thought to it until now.

“But I would consider if it is the right team and if it has the potential to win trophies like the World Cup and the Euros.”
