Ahead of today’s Chelsea vs Arsenal clash at Stamford Bridge, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has declared it’s about time Arsenal won the Premier League.

Arsenal last won the Premier League title in 2004. Since Arsenal were last Premier League champions, Manchester City have won the title six times. Manchester United and Chelsea have won five apiece. Liverpool and Leicester City have also won the title once each.

“It is about time,” said Arteta. “It’s been so long. We have to earn the time to be there. We have done that so far but there is still a long, long season ahead of us.”

Meanwhile, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has warned his Arsenal stars about how dangerous Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang can be.

Arteta said: “Very dangerous. If Auba has something, it’s the ability to put the ball in the back of the net and he’s going to be doing that until the day that he decides he’s had enough of football.”
