Premier League rivals Manchester City have reportedly opened talks to sign Chelsea academy star Jude Soonsup-Bell.   

According to the Evening Standard via Daily Mail, the 18 year old’s contract with Chelsea expires at the end of the season and is a prime target for Manchester City.

Soonsup-Bell is highly-rated at Chelsea and made his first senior appearance for the club last season, coming on as a substitute during Chelsea’s 2-0 League Cup win against Brentford.

He has scored 28 times across 76 academy appearances, one of which included the winning goal in the Under-18 Premier League Cup Final against Fulham last season.
