Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell was filmed leaving Stamford Bridge on crutches after Chelsea’s 2-1 victory over Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday night.
The 25 year old England international suffered a hamstring injury during the victory over Dinamo Zagreb.
He was helped off by the team’s medical staff, heavily limping as he made his way down the tunnel.
And after the fans had left the ground he then made his way back out on crutches, exiting Stamford Bridge in a thoroughly dejected manner.
There are now doubts the left-back could miss the World Cup as England’s first game in the World Cup comes against Iran in less than three weeks on November 21.
