Chelsea midfielder Denis Zakaria scored on his Chelsea debut as the Blues beat Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb 2-1 at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.

After what was an impressive debut for the Switzerland midfielder, Zakaria was taken off for what was suspected to be an injury.

However, Chelsea boss Graham Potter insists Zakaria is fine and just only received a knock.

Asked if Zakaria went off injured, Potter said: “He just got a kick. Just the contact. He was fine. No problems with him.”
