The Blues are interested in signing Napoli winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who has been hailed as the next Maradona by Napoli fans.

The 21-year-old Georgian international only joined the Italian outfit at the beginning of this season for just £8.6million but is now valued at around £86million by Napoli.

He has quickly become a fan-favourite among Napoli fans after scoring 8 goals and providing 10 assists in just 17 appearances for Napoli.

Chelsea boss Graham Potter is interested in bringing the winger to Stamford Bridge but the Blues face competition from Premier League rivals Liverpool for the 21 year old.
