Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount is a man in form and has been included in Alan Shearer’s team of the week.
Mount registered two assists in Chelsea’s 3-0 victory over Wolves last weekend.
Explaining his Team of the Week, Shearer told the Premier League website: “[Mason Mount] inspired Chelsea to victory with two excellent assists.”

Mason Mount continued his fine form as he was named man of the match by UEFA despite playing just 45 minutes against AC Milan.
Mount had a terrific game in the 45 minutes he played, as he won the penalty and also assisted Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for his goal.
Speaking about his performance, Mount said after that game: “I thought I played well to get the penalty and the assist for the other goal but I was surprised to be given man of the match [having only played one half].”
