Christian Pulisic put in a fine performance in the 3-0 victory over Wolves over the weekend.
Pulisic started the game slowly but grew into it, and ended up scoring the second goal for Chelsea.
Graham Potter has admitted that Pulisic’s nervousness came from being rusty.
The new Blues boss also revealed that Pulisic’s best role is high up the left flank.
“It’s understandable, he’s a human being,” said Potter. “He wants to play, wants to help. It’s about how you put the players on the pitch so it suits them.
“The role for Christian was a good one for him. It was high wide left, he could attack the back line, and it was nice for him to score.”
