Azpilicueta: Started out at right-back and was given the liberty to roam high up the pitch and back. The captain was solid defensively and contributed well going forward. 7/10
Chalobah: His second start of the season. Very comfortable at back. Very good game. 7/10
Koulibaly: Good performance this time around. His confidence seems to be growing. Handled the threat of Diego Costa very well and supported Cucurella who was having it tough against Adama Traore. 7/10
Cucurella: Had a decent game, but found it tough against Adama Traore at times. Some of his attacking play lacked cutting edge. 6/10
Jorginho: Solid in possession and building play from midfield. Did the basics pretty well. 6.5/10

Gallagher: Brilliant game. Was very lively. Kept going from box to box, and was effective defensively and offensively. 7/10
Mount: Didn’t get on the scoresheet but was very brilliant. Had two assists – as he delivered the cross for Kai Havertz opener and also assisted Christian Pulisic. 8/10
Pulisic: Started the game slowly. Grew into the game and scored a fine goal, after a brilliant one-two with Mount. 7/10
Havertz: His first-half goal gave the team confidence to go on and win the game. Decent outing. 7/10
