Chelsea manager Graham Potter has revealed that there may be some slight injury concerns in the Chelsea team ahead of the Champions League clash with AC Milan.

The Blues boss is happy to welcome back Edouard Mendy to the team, but also revealed that N’Golo Kante isn’t yet fully fit, even though he has resumed training.

There are slight concerns however for Jorginho and Kai Havertz.

The Chelsea boss said: “Edou has been training with the team the last few days so he will be in the squad which is good news for us because we need as much competition for places as possible.

“Jorgi felt some discomfort against Crystal Palace but has trained today. We’ll see how he reacts to that. Kai had a slight feeling after Palace as well but was able to train today.

“NG [Kante] is training more and more. He’s not training fully still but he’s getting closer. So that’s really positive.”
