Chelsea boss Graham Potter was pleased with the performance of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as Chelsea came from behind to beat Crystal Palace 2-1 at the Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.
Goals from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and substitute Conor Gallagher helped seal a victory for Chelsea.
Speaking after the game, Graham Potter heaped massive praise on Aubameyang who scored the leveller for Chelsea.
“It was an important goal,” Potter said when quizzed about Aubameyang.
“He has been working hard to get himself up to Premier League fitness and I have been really impressed with him.
“But any forward will tell you it is important for them to score and it was an important goal for us.”
