Chelsea have received a massive injury boost, with the return of N’Golo Kante to full training.

Kante has been out of action for one month, after he was forced off late on in Chelsea’s draw with Tottenham on August 14.

Kante has missed four Premier League and two Champions League games for Chelsea in that period.

The 31-year-old midfielder is yet to feature under new boss Graham Potter, and his return to the team is definitely a good one for the newly appointed manager.

Kante was a key player for Chelsea under Thomas Tuchel, and the German had admitted that Kante was the team’s best player.

Tuchel had said about Kante earlier this season: “We need N’Golo Kante to have more minutes on the pitch.

“He is one of our key figures and the key players need to be on the pitch, otherwise they cannot be key players, so this is how we are handling things at the moment.

“We don’t blame people and don’t put the finger on them.”
