Graham Potter was announced as the new Chelsea manager on Thursday.
Chelsea paid off Brighton to sign up Potter, having sacked Thomas Tuchel on Tuesday.
The new Blues boss has had a meteoric rise to the top over past decade.
Potter rose to limelight after he took Swedish side Östersund from the fourth tier to the top division before moving to Championship club Swansea City in 2018 and then on to Brighton a year later.
His high pressing game had seen Brighton become one of Premier League’s most difficult sides to face, thus earning the praise of Pep Guardiola.
Sheffield United striker Oli McBurnie has now told Chelsea supporters what to expect from new head coach Graham Potter.
According to McBurnie, Potter is “one of the best football brains” he has come across.
He wrote on Twitter: “What a bloke and what a manager, one of the best football brains I’ve ever come across, always knew he was destined for the top. Watch Chelsea now.”
The new Chelsea owners have backed Potter massively by giving him a five-year contract and making him one of Premier League’s highest paid managers.
The onus is now on Graham Potter to prove he’s worth the hype.
