Chelsea interested in this key Wolves man. Deal could be agreed within weeks

According to Football Insider, Chelsea and Premier League rivals Manchester United are lining up a move for Wolves recruitment chief Matt Hobbs.

Both clubs are looking to add to and revamp their recruitment departments and have identified Hobbs, who is the head of scouting and recruitment at Wolves, as a key target.

The report also adds that a deal for Hobbs could be agreed within weeks.

Hobbs began his current role in February 2022 but has been at Wolves in various roles since July 2015. Some of his roles have included Head of Emerging Talent, Head of Academy Recruitment and Chief Scout.
